All Hits Core Plugin
All Hits displays for you all of the hits your website has received. By default, it displays the current Epoch's hits, but can display
any Epoch's data. It displays this information in reverse order - i.e., most recent hits first. The information is shows is:
- Number of hits so far
- Requested URL: including any Query String
- Actual URL: This is the full URL to the PHP webpage, excluding the Query String
- Referer: The refering link, if any. If there is no refering link, a '#' sign is displayed
- Hit Time: The date and time of the hit
- User Agent: Browsers are user agents (and so are other programs). This is how the user agent identified itself (It could have lied!)
- Remote IP/Host: Who requested the page. PHPCounter tries to lookup the domain name of the visitor, which contains useful information. If
it cannot find it, it displays the IP address.
Note that for a very large log file (as would happen on a popular site), All Hits can take a while to load!
The layout of the information has been improved in PHPCounter 7.1.
